3. Playtester Guidelines and Confidentiality

If you are accepted into our pre-release testing phases, you are granted a temporary, revocable license to access our development builds. As a tester, you agree to:

• Provide honest and constructive feedback regarding game mechanics, difficulty curves, and bug discoveries.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding unannounced features, future card themes, and storylines.
• Refrain from capturing, streaming, or sharing screenshots of beta builds unless publicly authorized by PairMind Studio.

4. Service Warranties and Limitations

Because our puzzle games are actively in development, you may encounter bugs, incomplete features, or temporary loss of save data.
